After a short bass/synth introduction, becomes a gentle guitar song with news samples, then a quiet organ synth solo (containing a snippet of a song that doesn't appear elsewhere, a jaunty '60s guitar solo with clanging percussion) with occasional street noise samples, ending with a backwards snippet of "Hauptbanhof."
